Sunday, 8 Popular and light classical music concert with the Scherzo Quartet.

Sunday, 15 Re-enactment of the traditional Cypriot wedding with the Zedros dance group.

Sunday, 22 Traditional Cypriot dances with the Association of Folklore Researches.

RHYTHMS OF LIGHT – ANCIENT AMATHOUS DANCE HAPPENING FROM MAY TO JUNE

“Adonia”

A 30’ dance performance with the Contemporary Dance Group. Its theme is devired from the ancient myth of Adonis and Aphrodite.

Thursday, 19 – Sunday, 22 - FIA WORLD RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP 2003
The Cyprus Rally is the 7th round of the 14 rounds of the current FIA World Rally Championship. See the ‘superstars’ in action on the picturesque tracks of Cyprus. This year will be defending World Rally Champion, Marcus Gronholm, Richard Burns, Tommi Makinen and Colin McRae. See teams, the cars, the mechanics at work and sometimes the drivers at the Rally Village on the Limassol seafront. Three days of total action not to be missed. Friday, 27 – MUSIC PERFORMANCE

“Remembering Smyrna” with Eleni Vitali, Agathonas, Sophia Papazoglou. Dedicated to the songs of Smyrna. This performance is presented together with the Estudiantina Orchestra of Nea Ionia. Estudiantina is a type of greek musical ensemble that existed in Asia Minor and Constantinople and was the first link between the Greek music of the East and the West. Venue: Rialto Theatre.
